Monrovia’s semifinal loss to Paraclete on Friday night at Antelope Valley College is the Wildcats first CIF post-season loss since 2008. Who did they lose to in 2008? The Rosemead Panthers, 16-6, on December 5, 2008.

Arroyo, which lost to San Dimas on Friday night in the semifinals, had its second longest winning streak in school history end at 11 games. In 2004 the Knights won 12 straight games before falling to South Hills in the semifinals.
