Rams Are Third in Azusa

(Temple City) – Kasmir Khaliq and Felix Awujo each scored nine points and Andrew Pau added eight to lead Temple City to a 52-28 win over Gladstone Thursday to take third place at the Azusa Tournament.

Khaliq also pulled down 12 rebounds as the Rams led from start to finish. Temple City led 20-13 at halftime before pulling away in the second half outscoring the Gladiators 32-15 for the 24 point win. Temple City held G-Stone to four points in both the second and fourth quarters.

The Rams lost to Covina to open the Tournament before winning the next three to take third. The Rams are 5-3 overall. Gladstone is 4-2 on the season.
