El Monte, CA- Mountain View’s Jose “Nacho” Zamora rushed for 145 yards, including an 80-yard touchdown at the end of the third quarter to lead the Vikings to a 14-7 victory over Pioneer on Friday night at Vikings Stadium.

The Titans tied the scored with 21 seconds left in the third quarter when quarerback Jonathan Jimenez hit Javier Barajas with a swing pass. The fullback broke a tackle before taking it 13-yards to paydirt.

The enusing kick-off went out the back of the endzone. On the first play from scrimmage, from the 20, Zamora swept left and turned the corner. Eighty-yards up the western sideline he had the game winner.

…And the crowd went wild.

The victory improved Mt. View to 3-1 on the season. Pioneer (oh Pioneer) fell to 1-2.
