Thursday, September 13th
Temple City vs. Hoover (At Glendale H.S.)
Two weeks ago this looked like a possible way for Temple City to sneak into the win column. Now, not so much. Can they tackle Jesse Pina, can they stop a well coached Tornado team with more weapons?
Prediction: Hoover 24 Temple City 7

Friday, September 14th
Rowland at Arroyo
Another game that looked like a lock for Arroyo at the start of the season. Two things have asserted themselves. One, nothing is a given regarding the Knights in 2012. Two, the Raiders are winning, might be ugly, but they are winning.
Prediction Rowland 19 Arroyo 14

El Monte vs Gladstone (at Citrus College)
With energy booming at the End of the Santa Fe Trail emotion says take the Lions. EM’s talented, but they like walking a tightrope and the Gladiators will be the team to do it with.
Prediction: El Monte 32 Gladstone 31 (this could flip flop)

South El Monte vs Northview (at Covina District Stadium)
Two teams that are struggling, and it really is time for the Vikings to right the ship. South just needs to stay afloat until its quarterback returns and they morph into launch mode.
The Vikes at home.
Prediction: Northview 21 South El Monte 14

Contreras at Gabrielino
The Eagles are going to do what the Eagles have been doing. Winning. Contreras will be no exception.
Prediction: Gabrielino 35 Contreras 13

Pioneer at Mountain View
How will View respond to last week’s loss? The Titans are an improved team…Toss up? For the sake of proximity we go with Ambruso and the Boys.
Prediction: Mt. View 20 Pioneer 14

Warren at Rosemead
Warren is struggling, but the Panthers have found themselves offensively. The locals will get a healthy look at what Marc Paramo and staff have put together on the offensive side of the ball.
Prediction: Rosemead 27 Warren 15

Monrovia at San Dimas
Truly has become one of the best rivalries in the area, perhaps the best in the Mid-Valley Division. Saints in an upset? Could be…
Prediction: San Dimas 29 Monrovia 28

Sierra Vista at Keppel
Dons Roll.
Prediction: Sierra Vista 42 Keppel 0

La Puente at Wilson
All good will, will be lost if the Warrios fall at Wilson.
Prediction: La Puente 23 Wilson 13

Baldwin Park at San Gabriel
Not a team the Matadors want to get well against. The Braves have talent, and they can run the ball.
Prediction: San Gabriel 31 Baldwin Park 21

Los Angeles Wilson at Alhambra
This will be good news for Joe Kanach if the Moors can pull this off.
Prediction: Alhambra 12 Wilson 10

Bosco Tech at Westminster
Prediction: Westminster 31 Bosco Tech 7

Rio Hondo Prep at Boron
Long road trip, good team…but the Kares will pull it out.
Prediction: Rio Hondo Prep 24 Boron 22

Duarte bye, Arcadia bye
