FINDING YOUR PASSION IN LIFE

During my teen years, I have learned that at this stage in life, we are supposed to learn who we want to be as we approach adulthood. We figure out our strengths, weaknesses and our passions.  In my journey, I have discovered that my passion is Mixed Martial Arts. For the past seven months, I have been training in kickboxing and jujitsu and I am loving it! From the very first class, I knew it was for me.

Kickboxing and jujitsu are far more than hobbies to me, but if you are just looking for a workout, I highly suggest it!  Kickboxing works out your arms, legs and abs. It also helps you blow off that extra steam from a rough day. Jujitsu works out various parts of your body and you hardly even notice. Well, until you are sore the next day!  It is an intense workout that will boost your confidence in your self-defense abilities.

The moral of the story is to find something you love and after that you’ll find yourself.
