Sacred Tibetan Art – Sand Mandala Tour makes stop inTemple City

Temple City, CA - Last week the Temple City Public Library hosted The Southern India Drepung Loseling Phukhang Monastery’s outreach effort to bring about world peace through the sharing of an ancient technique of time-based Sand Painting which invokes the essence of Tibetan Buddhist tradition, creating a genuine experience of compassion as well as bringing blessings to the surrounding environment. The Tibetan Buddhist Monks will be in America for only a limited time.
