Carmen was selected to be the very first ever “Kindness Angel” for all the wonderful contributions she has made to the El Monte Business and Professional Women’s Club. Among her many kindnesses has been her delicious baked “goodies”–cakes, pies, and cookies.
She is an exceptional lady and a true treasure.
